AAYS is NOW OPEN FOR 2024.

During the year, we may be closed for some National public holiday long weekends (such as ANZAC Day), as well as some of the local public holidays (e.g., Adelaide Cup Day and Labour Day). More details will be posted closer to each public holiday.

The Shala will also be closed over the Easter and Christmas/New Year period each year. This year, our Easter closing dates will be Friday, Mar. 29th - Monday, Apr. 1st (with doors reopening for our full regular schedule of classes on the morning of Tuesday, Apr. 2nd).

If you are new to our Shala and unsure about which classes to attend please call or email before your first class to make sure the challenge level is right for you.

Students with an established Mysore style practice are advised that they may attend any of the morning sessions without prior approval.
