WEEKLY CLASSES & PRICING

Ganesha Grounding

Wed: 6 - 7pm

Ganesha is the remover of obstacles and the guardian of new beginnings, symbolising stability, wisdom, and quiet confidence.

This supportive, grounding practice draws inspiration from Ganesha’s symbolism and is designed to help you build strong foundations—both physically and mentally. Classes may include steady, accessible flows, simple balance work, and grounding standing postures to support strength, stability, and confidence. At times, the focus may be on slowing things down: listening inward, working mindfully with challenge, or using repetition to build familiarity and ease. Grounding and empowering, this practice teaches resilience and the ability to transform challenges into inner strength. Always approachable and adaptable, Ganesha Grounding offers a calm, empowering space to meet challenges with patience and self-trust.

To remove obstacles, build confidence, and establish a steady foundation for practice.

Saraswati Nurturing is a graceful, vinyasa-based practice focused on inner rejuvenation and balance. This class emphasises moving with intention, where transitions are as meaningful as the postures themselves. Expect a thoughtful blend of softness and strength, with fluid sequencing that supports ease, stability, and a calm, attentive mind. The practice invites you to slow down without stopping, creating space for renewal of body, breath, and awareness. Leave feeling refreshed, reenergised, and ready to start a new week.

This Ashtanga-inspired weekend flow is playful, athletic, and heart-opening—designed to help you shake off the week that was and step into the weekend feeling capable and alive. Hanuman Flow invites you to move with enthusiasm and curiosity, leaving class energised, grounded, and ready for whatever the weekend brings.

To cultivate joyful strength, heart-led effort, and fearless curiosity.

Nataraja Rhythm

Mon: 6 - 7pm

Nataraja, Shiva as the cosmic dancer, embodies rhythm, transformation, and the balance between creation and destruction.

This powerful, balancing, heart-opening vinyasa flow invites you to move like a dancer through strength, rhythm, and change. Inspired by the symbolism of Nataraja and poses such as Natarajasana (Dancer’s Pose), the practice explores balance, focus, and the courage to see beyond illusion. Expect deep stretches, expansive backbends, strong standing sequences, and demanding arm and balance poses, all woven together through continuous, breath-led flow.

Breath acts as the steady drumbeat, guiding movement and momentum, while the symbolism of flame—destruction and renewal—encourages fearlessness, release, and liberation through effort. Each class is creatively sequenced and never repeated, drawing from a wide range of movement traditions to challenge both body and mind. This is one of the most physically demanding flow classes on the schedule, offering a transformative space to build strength, refine concentration, and discover grace within intensity and life’s ever-changing cycles.

To cultivate fearless movement, rhythmic strength, and grace through transformation.

At times, the class centres on repetition—working steadily through a sequence to support mobility, resilience, and lasting change. Always thoughtful and adaptable, Shiva Evolution offers a supportive space to explore release and renewal in a way that meets you where you are.
